2026500 Years of Flavor, Now in Toronto.
The recipes once prepared in the royal kitchens of Joseon arrive in Toronto. For 19 days, 30 Korean restaurants across the GTA serve their signature dishes at festival prices — an invitation to taste five centuries of Hansik, right here.
Korealicious 2026 is Ontario's first Korean food festival — a 19-day celebration of Hansik (한식), Korean cuisine carried forward from over 500 years of tradition. From the palace kitchens that inspired Dae Jang Geum (대장금) to the everyday warmth of a neighborhood bunsik counter, Korean food is a living story of place, season, and care.
Hosted by the Korean Canadian Business Association of Ontario (KCBA) and supported by 한식진흥원 (Korean Food Promotion Institute), this festival invites Toronto to discover Hansik — one bowl, one bite, one neighborhood at a time. It's a celebration of Korean Canadian community, a welcome to friends new and old, and the beginning of something we hope will return year after year.
From royal-court Hansik to bunsik street food, KBBQ, Korean fried chicken, café bingsu, and more — sample the breadth of Korean cuisine across Yorkville, Bloor, Junction, North York, Spadina, Thornhill, and beyond.

Dish portraits and venue stills are being shot in the weeks leading up to the festival. Check back closer to opening night — or follow along on Instagram & TikTok for first looks.
